Hey, it's Sandra Bravo here. I am in beautiful Puerto Vallarta in Mexico, and the reason why I'm recording this message is because I want to share something very special with you. Check it out. You see down there, the gentleman is selling hammocks, they're selling silver. Then you have the lady over here who is selling wrap arounds for you bathers. And then over there you have more bracelets and silver and all these sorts of things that they're selling on the beach.

And I am so impressed because they're Mexicans, okay. Imagine the little money that they make. They're working all day on the beach, on the sand, in the heat. And right now it's not too bad, it's still meant to be winter, so it's like high 20s, low 30s. But imagine in summer when it's like over 40 and there they are all day on the beach walking around, selling all of their stuff for $2 or $3 dollars

And the thing that goes through my head is: 

And I just wonder oh my God, these people went out of their way to learn English so they can sell these things and they're still working 12 hours a day on the heat to maybe make $50 a day. And it's shocking because you know what?

They already speak two languages, English and Spanish. They could easily do something online and make money. They could easily go and teach Spanish to foreigners. There are so many things they could do just for the fact that they speak both languages and they could make really good money. But their mindset has them stuck in a place where they only make as much as they make even though they already did the hard thing of learning another language. I mean how many people in the world only speak one language cause it's not easy to learn a second language.

But you know they say with the tiger or the lion, they train them when they're little. They wrap a cord around from their leg to a piece of wood so they don't go away. And so they grow up trained that when they're older they still wrap them with a little cord. 

If they wanted to, they could walk away and rip the entire cord because they're so big and so strong; An elephant for example. But they'll never do it, why? Because they have already been trained for that small mindset because they started training them when they were little. So back then when they were tied with the cord, they couldn't go away. But now that they're big they could, but they don't know because of their limiting belief that they can't do it cause they couldn't do it when they were little. And that's why they can tie an elephant with a little cord that the elephant could easily take off but it doesn't.

Does that sound familiar?

And it's the same with us as human beings.

When we were little we were put in our subconscious all these limiting beliefs and we grow up thinking that we have to live with those limiting beliefs forever, and that's not true. When we grow up we can reprogram all of those limiting beliefs. We can do anything we want. You can achieve anything you want. You can be, do, and have anything you want. It's all about just reprogramming the limiting beliefs in your subconscious. Just like these people. I mean if someone goes and teaches them personal development and empowers them, they would get rid of the limiting beliefs and they would shine and they would have an amazing life and be financially free instead of struggling to work 12 hours a day in the heat just to make such little money to barely make a living.

And this is why I am SO passionate about mindset. Mindset is 80% of the equation on anything you do. How many times you have seen people that they go to a seminar, they sit next to each other, they learn the same thing, and one of them goes and makes it a big success, and the other one does nothing with it. And you wonder why?

And you know, so many times you might want to learn internet marketing, or real estate investing, or public speaking, or anything you want. And you focus your time and your effort on that and you wonder why it doesn't work. And it's because you're focusing on the strategy not on the mindset. The strategy is only 20% of the equation. It's the mindset that's 80% of the equation. So it doesn't matter what you choose to do, or what strategy you take, the first thing you have to do is work on your mindset, and make sure you put the beliefs that are going to be supportive of what you want to do, that are going to support your growth and your success.

And so once you've got that 80%, then you can go and choose anything you want:
